This notice explains how The Ten X Group, including 10 X Enterprise (003013496-V) ("we", "us"), handles your personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you contact us through this website, by email, phone or WhatsApp, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, organisation, job title and the details of your enquiry. When you attend our training, we also collect the information needed for enrolment, attendance, assessment, certification and HRD Corp claims.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals
- To deliver training, consultancy, engineering and technology services
- To prepare HRD Corp grant applications and claims for training you attend
- To issue certificates with our certification partners
- To send service updates and, with your consent, news about our programmes
Who we share it with
We share personal data only when needed to provide our services, for example with HRD Corp for claims, with certification partners such as RPM Academy and CloudThat for certification, and with service providers who run our systems, such as our CRM (HubSpot) and website hosting. Some of these providers store data outside Malaysia. We require them to protect it appropriately. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including any period required by law, by HRD Corp or for accounting and audit.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, withdraw consent, or limit how we process it, including opting out of marketing at any time. Contact us at corporate@thetenxgroup.com.
