Who awards the certificate?

Lean Six Sigma certification is awarded by our partner RPM Academy, Canada. We confirm the current belt levels, assessment and certification terms when we scope your programme.

Do participants need a project to be certified?

Green and Black Belts apply their learning to a real improvement project at work. We coach the project so it delivers measurable savings, not just a certificate.

Is Lean Six Sigma training HRD Corp claimable?

Our programmes are designed to be claimable through 10 X Enterprise, our HRD Corp registered training provider. We confirm claimability for your organisation before you commit.

Does Lean Six Sigma work outside manufacturing?

Yes. We apply it in banks, hospitals, logistics, public services and shared service centres. Anywhere there is a process, there is waste and variation to reduce.
